The Sales Report submodule provides a detailed view of sales transactions, including invoice details, client information, and payment status. Users can filter data by client or duration and export reports for further analysis.

Filters and Search
Filter sales data by Client or Duration to narrow down the report view.
Search functionality allows users to find specific sales records by keywords.
Sales Data Table
Displays the following columns:
Paid On: The date the invoice was paid.
Invoice Number: Unique identifier for the invoice.
Client Name: The name of the client associated with the invoice.
Invoice Value: The total value of the invoice.
Amount Paid: The amount paid by the client against the invoice.
Taxable Value: The portion of the invoice value that is taxable.
Discount: Any discounts applied to the invoice.
Bank Account: The account to which the payment was credited.
Export Functionality
Generate and download sales data as a CSV file for analysis or sharing purposes.
Pagination
Enables smooth navigation through large data sets, with options to view 10, 50, or 100 entries per page.
How to Use
Viewing Sales Data
Navigate to Reports > Sales Report.
Use the Date Range Filter to specify the time period for the report.
Apply the Client Filter to view sales records for a specific client.
Exporting Sales Data
After applying the desired filters, click the Export button to download the report as a CSV file.
The exported file will include all visible columns and data.
Analyzing Sales Records
Review key metrics, such as unpaid invoices, total invoice value, and discounts, directly within the table.

Tracking Client Payments
Use the Amount Paid column to identify unpaid invoices or partial payments.
Tax Calculation
