1. Recruit Settings
The Recruit Settings module allows admins to configure the recruitment process, manage job application statuses, and customize recruiter settings.
Tabs in Recruit Settings:
General Settings:
Configure the company name, logo, career site URL, and other branding-related details.
Add About Company text and Legal Terms to appear on the career page.
Manage "Quick Add Form" settings by selecting the fields to display in the job application form (e.g., Gender, Current CTC, Expected CTC).
Set reminders for offer letter notifications.
Footer Settings:
Add footer links and descriptions to appear on the career page.
Recruiter Settings:
Add or manage recruiters and enable/disable their access.
Notification Settings:
Configure email notifications for various recruitment events (e.g., new job applications, interview schedules, offer letters).
Set mail triggers for specific application status changes (e.g., Applied, Rejected, Hired).
Job Application Status Settings:
Customize job application statuses, assign categories, set label colors, and manage actions for each status.
Custom Question Settings:
Add custom questions for job applications. These can be tailored to the requirements of each job listing.
Source Settings:
Manage predefined job sources (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook). Predefined sources cannot be deleted.
Key Features:
Centralized management of recruitment configurations.
Customizable job application process.
Automatic email notifications for recruiters and applicants.
2. SMS Settings
The SMS Settings module allows users to enable SMS notifications for specific events and reminders.
Features in SMS Settings:
SMS Gateway Selection:
Only one SMS gateway can be enabled at a time.
Notification Settings:
Enable or disable SMS notifications for events such as:
Attendance Reminder
Follow-Up Reminder
Contract Signed
Payment Received
Proposal Approved
Notifications can be customized based on business needs.
Key Features:
Ensure timely communication via SMS for critical business events.
Easy configuration of SMS alerts for various modules.
Notes:
Ensure the correct mobile number with the country code is entered for users.
3. Zoom Settings
The Zoom Settings module integrates Zoom with the platform for seamless video conferencing.
Tabs in Zoom Settings:
Zoom Settings:
Add the Account ID, Client ID, Client Secret, and other credentials to integrate Zoom.
Configure whether to open meetings in the Zoom Client App.
Generate and copy the webhook URL for integration with the Zoom app.
Slack Integration:
Manage Slack credentials for connecting the platform to Slack for notifications.
Email Settings:
Configure email notifications for meeting-related events.
Key Features:
Easy scheduling of Zoom meetings from within the platform.
Integration with Slack for real-time collaboration.
4. Billing
The Billing module provides details of the organization’s subscription plan and billing history.
Tabs in Billing:
Plan Details:
View the current subscription plan details, including:
Plan type (e.g., Larger Annual Plan).
License expiry date.
Number of employees and storage usage.
Purchase History:
View the organization’s past subscription purchase records.
Offline Request:
Submit requests for offline purchases or upgrades.
Key Features:
Transparent tracking of subscription plans and resource usage.
Option to upgrade the subscription plan directly from the interface.
