Recruit Settings - Recruiter Settings

The Recruiter Settings tab allows you to manage the recruiters associated with your company. You can view, add, edit, and delete recruiters from your employee list, as well as enable or disable them.

1. Recruiter Table

The recruiter table displays a list of all recruiters, their current status, and provides actions to edit or delete them.


  • Name: Displays the name of the recruiter. Clicking the name will take you to the recruiter’s profile page.
  • Status: Allows you to change the status of the recruiter between Enabled and Disabled.
    • Enabled: The recruiter is active and can manage job applications.
    • Disabled: The recruiter is inactive and cannot manage job applications.

 

2. Add New Recruiter Modal

The Add New Recruiter modal allows you to assign recruiters to your company. This section allows you to select employees from your employee list to be added as recruiters.


  • Recruiter: A dropdown where you can select one or more employees from your existing employee list to add as recruiters.
    • You can search for specific employees and select them.
    • This field allows multiple selections.

3. Delete Recruiter

You can delete a recruiter from the system by clicking the Delete button next to the recruiter’s name.
