The Job Application Status Settings tab allows you to configure job application statuses, customize label colors, set the position of status categories, and manage actions related to each status. This functionality ensures that the recruitment process is well-organized and that each job application can be tracked efficiently through various stages.

1.     Job Application Status Table

The table displays existing job application statuses and their associated settings. Key columns include:

  • Name: The name of the status (e.g., “Applied”, “Phone Screen”, “Interview”, etc.)
  • Category: The category the status belongs to, which helps organize the stages in the recruitment process.
  • Label Color: The color associated with each status for visual identification.
  • Position: Defines the order or position of the status relative to other statuses.
  • Apply Model Actions: This column indicates whether any specific actions  are associated with that status.

2. Add Job Application Status

To add a new status to the system, click the Add Status Column button. This will open a modal where you can configure the details of the new status.

  • Category: Select the category to which this status belongs (e.g., “Applied”, “Shortlist”, “Interview”).
  • Status Name: Enter a name for the new status (e.g., “Phone Screen”, “Offer Made”).
  • Label Color: Select a color for the status label using the color picker.
  • Position: Choose where the status should appear in the sequence of job application statuses (e.g., “Before Applied”, “After Interview”).
  • Apply Model Actions: Enable or disable actions associated with this status. If checked, the system will trigger when the status is applied.

3.Edit Existing Status

To edit an existing status, click the Edit link in the Action column of the status you wish to modify. This will open a modal where you can change the status name, category, label color, position, and actions associated with it.
