The Custom Question Settings tab allows you to configure custom questions for job applications or job offers. These questions help gather specific information from candidates during the application process. You can also set question categories, types, and whether the question is mandatory or not.

1.     Custom Questions Table

The table displays existing custom questions with key details:

  • Question: The text of the question asked to the candidates (e.g., “Website of Previous Company”).
  • Category: The category to which the question belongs (e.g., “Job Application” or “Job Offer”).
  • Type: The type of input expected for the question (e.g., Text, Number, Textarea, Select, etc.).
  • Is Required: Indicates whether the question is mandatory for candidates to answer. If marked Yes, the candidate cannot submit the form without answering the question.
  • Status: Displays the current status of the question (Enabled or Disabled)

2. Add Custom Question

To add a new custom question, click the Add Question button. This will open a modal where you can configure the details of the new question.

  • Status: Choose whether to enable or disable the question.
