The QR Code module allows users to create, manage, and download QR codes for various purposes. This module includes features for listing QR codes, creating new QR codes, filtering and searching for specific QR codes, and performing key actions such as viewing, editing, and downloading QR codes in different formats.

In the navigation panel, click on QR Code module.

1. QR Code Listing
   The main screen displays a list of all created QR codes with the following details:

• QR Code: A preview of the QR code.

• QR Title: Title or description for the QR code.

• Type: The type of QR code (e.g., URL, Text, Phone, UPI, etc.).

• Created: Date the QR code was created.

2. Create QR Code
   Click the + Create QR Code button to open the QR code creation form. Features include:

• QR Title: Provide a title for the QR code.

• Type: Select the type of QR code (e.g., URL, Email, SMS, WiFi, Text, UPI, Zoom, etc.).

• Fields Based on Type: Enter details specific to the selected type (e.g., meeting URL for Zoom, UPI ID for UPI).

• Logo: Optionally add a logo to the QR code and adjust the logo size.

• Design: Customize the QR code size, margin, background color, and foreground color.

• Click Generate QR Preview to preview the QR code. Save it to finalize. 

3. Filter and Search
   Use the following options to refine your QR code listing:

• Type: Filter by QR code type (e.g., URL, Text, Phone, etc.).

• Search Box: Quickly locate QR codes by entering relevant keywords.

4. Action Items
   Access additional functionalities through the three-dot menu under the Action column:

• View: View detailed information and preview of the QR code.

• Edit: Update the QR code details.

• Download: Download the QR code in various formats, including SVG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, PDF, and EPS.

• Delete: Permanently delete the QR code (use cautiously, as deleted codes cannot be recovered).

Best Practices

• Ensure QR codes are named appropriately using the QR Title field for easy identification.

• Utilize the Type filter to quickly locate QR codes based on their purpose (e.g., WiFi, URL, Text).

• Customize the QR code design for branding purposes using logos and color options.

• Always preview the QR code before saving to ensure accuracy.

Q: Can I edit a QR code after it has been created?
A: Yes, you can edit any QR code by selecting the Edit option from the Action menu.

Q: How can I download a QR code?
A: Use the Download option in the Action menu to download the QR code in your desired format (e.g., PNG, SVG, PDF).

Q: Can I restore a deleted QR code?
A: No, deleted QR codes cannot be restored. Ensure you confirm before deleting a QR code.
