In Work Module, click on “Project Roadmap”.

1. Project Listing Page

• Displays a comprehensive list of projects with key details such as: 

• Code: Unique identifier for the project.

• Project Name: The name or title of the project.

• Members: Team members assigned to the project.

• Start Date: The date the project was initiated.

• Deadline: The end date or due date of the project.

• Client: Name of the client for whom the project is being executed.

• Status: Current status+ of the project.

• Features: 

• Pagination: Easily navigate through multiple pages of projects.

• Action: 

• View: Access detailed information about the selected project.

2. Search Functionality

• Purpose: Quickly find a project by typing keywords such as project name, client, or team member.

• Located in the top right of the listing page for easy access.

3. Project Status

• Allows users to view and update the status of each project.

• Status options include: 

• In Progress: Project is currently being worked on.

• Not Started: Work on the project has not begun.

• On Hold: Project is temporarily paused.

• Canceled: Project has been terminated.

• Finished: Project is completed successfully.

4. Filters

• Purpose: Refine the list of projects based on specific criteria.

• Filter Options: 

• Date Filter On: Filter by start date, deadline, or any custom date range.

• Client Name: Filter projects by associated client.

• Project Category: Filter projects based on categories such as development, research, etc.

• Project Member: View projects involving specific team members.

• Department: Narrow down projects by department.

• Public: Filter public or private projects.

5. Export Functionality

• Purpose: Export the list of projects for external reporting or sharing.

• Supported Formats: CSV, Excel, or any organization-specific format.

6. Additional Features

• Interactive Table: 

• Columns can be sorted (ascending or descending) based on fields like deadline or status.

• Hover and click options for quick access to project details.

The Project Roadmap Submodule serves as a centralized view to track and manage all projects effectively, ensuring that stakeholders can monitor progress, filter relevant data, and export key insights effortlessly.
