In Navigation panel, click on Notice Board Module.
1. Notice Board Listing
Description: Displays all notices available in the system with essential details such as title, date, recipient, and action options.
Features:
View all notices created.
Pagination control for a large number of notices.
Sorting and filtering options based on date, recipient, or keyword.
2. Add New Notice
Description: Allows users to create a new notice and assign it to employees or clients. Click on “Add new notice”
Features:
Fields for Notice Heading, Select Employee, and Notice Details.
Attach files to notices if required.
Choose between employees and clients as the target audience.
Fill in all details and click Save.
3. Export
Description: Exports the list of notices into a CSV or Excel file.
Features:
Export options for customized reports.
Applicable filters and sorting are reflected in the exported file.
4. Search and Filter
Description: Search bar and filters for better navigation.
Features:
Search by keywords in the notice title or content.
Filter by date or recipient type (employee/client).
5. Action Items
Description: Available actions for each notice.
Features:
View: Opens the notice details in a read-only format.
Edit: Allows modifications to the notice content or details.
Delete: Permanently removes the notice after confirmation.
