Miro is a powerful whiteboarding platform that goes beyond simple brainstorming. It enables your team to collaborate effectively on a variety of activities such as workshopping, strategy mapping, agile ceremonies, UX research and design, product development, customer discovery, and process visualization. To enhance collaboration, we have integrated Miro Board functionality into Projeni Portal, offering our users a seamless way to work visually within their projects.

Step 1: Login and Navigate to Projects

• Log in to your Projeni Portal account.
• From the dashboard, go to the Work section.
• Select Projects to view your active projects.

Step 2: Enable Miro Board in Project Details

• Click on the Edit Project option within the specific project where you want to enable Miro.

• Find the Miro Board checkbox and enable it.

Step 3: Configure Your Miro Board

• Once enabled, you will see a field to enter your Miro Board ID.
• Enter the unique ID of the Miro board you wish to link with this project.
• Save your settings.

With the Miro Board integration, your team and clients can collaborate visually in real time directly within Projeni Portal projects. This feature simplifies complex planning and brainstorming sessions and boosts overall productivity by keeping everything centralized.
