The Leave Report submodule provides a comprehensive summary of leave-related data, including leave quotas, leave utilization, and detailed leave breakdowns for employees. The module includes two key components: Leave Report and Leave Quota Report.

Leave Report
Widgets:
Displays an employee-wise breakdown of leave statistics for a selected date range.
Columns include:
Employee: Name and role of the employee.
Approved Leaves: Total number of approved leave days.
Pending Leaves: Total number of pending leave days.
Action: A View button to see detailed leave history for the employee.
Filters:
Duration: Select a specific start and end date to refine the leave data displayed.
Employee: Filter leave data for a particular employee.
Export:
Download the leave report in CSV format for offline analysis.
Leave Details Popup:
Clicking on View in the Action column opens a detailed popup showing leave history and status for that specific employee.
Leave Quota Report
Widgets:
Displays the total leave quota, utilized leave, and remaining leave for each employee.
Columns include:
Employee: Name and role of the employee.
Total Leave: Total leave quota allocated to the employee.
Remaining Leave: Leave balance for the employee.
Action: A View button to open detailed leave quota breakdown.
Leave Quota Details Popup:
Clicking View in the Action column displays detailed leave quota data:
Leave Type: Categorized by types such as Casual, Sick, and Earned.
No. of Leaves: Total leaves allocated per type.
Remaining Leaves: Leaves still available for use.
Over Utilized: Extra leaves taken beyond the allocated quota.
Unused Leaves: Leaves not utilized by the employee.
Filters:
Employee: Filter data for a specific employee.
Year: Filter leave quotas for a selected year.
Export:
Download the leave quota report in CSV format.
