The Jobs submodule is a centralized platform to manage job postings. It enables users to create, view, edit, delete, and duplicate job listings. Additionally, it allows filtering and searching for specific jobs and managing their status (Open/Closed).


In navigation panel, click on Recruit module - Jobs


  1. Jobs Listing Page
    The main page displays a list of all job postings with the following details:


  • Job Title: Title of the job.

  • Recruiter: Name of the recruiter assigned to the job.

  • Start Date and End Date: The duration for which the job posting is active.

  • Status: Current status of the job posting (Open/Closed).


  1. Add Job

    • Click the + Add Job button to create a new job posting.

  • The Add Job form includes the following fields: 

    • Job Title, Job Category, Department, Skills, and Location.

    • Start Date and End Date.

    • Recruiter and Job Type (e.g., full-time, part-time).

    • Total Openings, Work Experience, and Interview Rounds.

    • Currency, Show Pay By, and whether it is a remote job.

    • Job Description and optional fields (e.g., Resume, Photo).

  • Users can save the job by clicking Save or Save & Add More.



  1. Filter and Search

    • Use the Filters option to narrow down the job listings based on: 

      • Duration (Start Date to End Date).

      • Recruiter (Filter by assigned recruiter).

    • Use the Search Box to quickly locate jobs by keywords.

  1. Action Items

    • Access additional functionalities through the three-dot menu under the Action column: 

      • View: View detailed information about the job posting.

      • Edit: Update job details as needed.

      • Delete: Remove the job posting (use cautiously, as deleted jobs cannot be recovered).

      • Duplicate: Create a copy of an existing job posting with the same details.

  1. Job Status (Open/Closed)

    • Each job can have a status of Open or Closed

      • Open: The job posting is active and visible to candidates.

      • Closed: The job posting is inactive and hidden from candidates.

    • Users can change the status of a job using the Status dropdown in the job listing.

Best Practices

  • Regularly review job postings to ensure accuracy in job titles, descriptions, and other details.

  • Use the Duplicate option for similar job postings to save time while creating new jobs.

  • Filter and search features help manage large job listings efficiently.

  • Set the appropriate status (Open/Closed) to control the visibility of job postings.


FAQs

Q: Can I recover a deleted job posting?
A: No, once a job posting is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Ensure you confirm before deletion.

Q: How can I create a new job posting similar to an existing one?
A: Use the Duplicate option in the Action menu to create a copy of an existing job posting.

Q: Can I update the status of a job after it has been posted?
A: Yes, you can change the status to Open or Closed using the Status dropdown in the job listing.
