From your Domains dashboard, you’ll see a list of your domains.
Click on the domain name you wish to connect to Projeni.
In the domain overview, find and click “DNS Settings” or “Manage DNS” (the button is usually on the left or at the top of the page).
Add these records:
IPv4 (A Records):
Type | Name | Value (Points to) | TTL |

A | www | 168.231.64.80 | Default or 1 hour |
IPv6 (AAAA Records):
Type | Name | Value (Points to) | TTL |
AAAA | @ | 2a02:4780:2d:f111::1 | Default or 1 hour |
AAAA | www | 2a02:4780:2d:f111::1 | Default or 1 hour |
IPv4 (A Record):
Type | Name | Value (Points to) | TTL |

IPv6 (AAAA Record):
Type | Name | Value (Points to) | TTL |
AAAA | portal | 2a02:4780:2d:f111::1 | Default or 1 hour |
Replace “portal” with your desired subdomain (like crm, clients, etc.)
Ensure you remove or update any old/conflicting A, AAAA, or CNAME records for the same names.
Confirm your new records appear in the DNS list.
DNS changes usually update within minutes, but full propagation can take up to 24 hours.
Scroll to your DNS records list.
Take a screenshot clearly showing the new A and AAAA records you’ve added.
Projeni support will verify your setup and complete the custom domain connection.
That’s it! Your Projeni CRM portal will be accessible on your custom address once DNS is propagated and our team finalizes setup.
