After logging in, you’ll land on the dashboard.
On the left sidebar, click “Domain List” (icon looks like a grid or list).
In the Domain List, locate the domain you want to use.
Click the “Manage” button on the right side of that domain.
In the domain management page, click the “Advanced DNS” tab at the top.
Add these records in the Host Records section:
IPv4 (A Records):

IPv6 (AAAA Records):

Replace “portal” with your chosen subdomain name (e.g., crm, clients, etc.).
Ensure all new records appear in the Host Records list.
DNS changes may take some time (usually within 30 minutes, up to 24 hours).
Take a clear screenshot of your new Host Records showing the A and AAAA records.
Projeni support will verify and finalize your custom domain setup.
That’s it! Your Projeni portal will be live on your domain or subdomain as soon as DNS propagation is complete and our team finishes setup.
