Projeni.com allows you to use your own main domain (e.g., yourcompany.com) or any subdomain (e.g., portal.yourcompany.com) as your CRM portal’s custom domain. Follow this guide to configure your DNS on Cloudflare.

1. Sign In to Cloudflare

• Go to Cloudflare Dashboard.
• Log in to your account.
• Select the domain you wish to use for your Projeni portal.

2. DNS Configuration

Depending on whether you want to use your main domain or a subdomain, follow the relevant steps below.

A. Use Your Main Domain (e.g., yourcompany.com)

Add the following DNS records:

For IPv4:

For IPv6:

Instructions:

• Click “Add record” in Cloudflare’s DNS dashboard.
• Enter the above details for each record.
• Make sure the “Proxy status” is set to DNS only (gray cloud icon), not “Proxied”.

B. Use a Subdomain (e.g., portal.yourcompany.com)

Add the following DNS records:

For IPv4:

For IPv6:

Replace client with your actual subdomain (e.g., crm, clients, etc.).

Instructions:

• Click “Add record” for each A and AAAA record.
• Set “Proxy status” to DNS only.

3. Verify and Take a Screenshot

After adding the records, make sure they appear in your Cloudflare DNS dashboard.

Take a screenshot of the DNS records you added.

4. Submit a Ticket to Projeni Support

• Go to Projeni Support.
• Log in with your main company email.
• Click Create Ticket.
• Ticket category: Select Custom Domain Setup.
• Attach your DNS setup screenshot.
• Submit your ticket.
