On the dashboard, find the Domains or My Domains section.
Click “Manage” next to your chosen domain, or directly go to cPanel.
If you’re already in cPanel:
In cPanel, find and click “Zone Editor” under the Domains section.
Locate your domain and click “Manage” (or sometimes a gear/edit icon).

Replace “portal” with your desired subdomain (like crm, clients, etc.).
Remove or update any old A, AAAA, or CNAME records for the same name/host.
DNS changes often update in minutes, but may take up to 24 hours worldwide.
In the Zone Editor, scroll to see your DNS records.
Take a clear screenshot showing your new A and AAAA records.
