The Events Module enables seamless scheduling and tracking of activities, meetings, and events. It provides a comprehensive view of planned events in different formats such as a calendar or list, with features for filtering, searching, and adding events.
Events Listing Page
In the navigation panel, click on Events Module.
Features:
Displays events in a calendar view.
Options to toggle between:
Month View: Displays all events in a monthly calendar.
Week View: Focus on events scheduled within a week.
Day View: Details of all-day or specific time-based events.
List View: Sequential list of events.
Shows event details like:
Event name
Date and time
Assigned employee/client
Action Items:
Mark complete.
Mark canceled.
Add Event
Steps to Add a New Event:
Click + Add Event.
Fill in the event details:
Event Name: Enter the event title.
Label Color: Choose a color for event visibility.
Description: Add event details.
Start Date and Time: Define when the event begins.
End Date and Time: Specify when the event concludes.
Where: Mention the location.
Department: Assign a specific department (optional).
Select Employee: Allocate an employee responsible for the event.
Select Client: Associate the event with a client.
Click Save to finalize and add the event to the calendar.
Calendar Views
Month View:
Default view showing all events for the month.
Navigate between months using the forward/backward arrows.
Week View:
Displays events for the week, segmented by days and time slots.
Day View:
Highlights events for the selected day, organized by time slots.
List View:
Provides a sequential list of all upcoming events with their time, description, and status.

Filter Options:
Employee
Client
Search:
Use the search bar to locate specific events based on keywords.
Best Practices
Always add complete details for events, including client and employee assignments, to ensure clear communication.
Use different label colors for quick identification of event types.
Regularly update and review your calendar to avoid overlaps or missed schedules.

How can I edit an event?
Locate the event in the listing page or calendar and click the edit icon.
What if I accidentally delete an event?
Once deleted, events cannot be recovered. Ensure confirmation before deleting.
