The Deal Report submodule provides insights into the performance of deals, deal agents, and pipeline stages. It is designed for analyzing deal-related metrics for a specific time frame, category, or pipeline.



Key Features


  1. Agent Report:

    • Displays deal-related metrics for individual agents.

  • Metrics include: 

    • Total Deals

    • Won Deals

    • Lost Deals

    • Total Amount

    • Converted Amount

    • Total Follow-ups

    • Total Pending Follow-ups

  1. Deal Report:

    • Provides detailed data on deals within selected pipelines and categories.

  • Metrics include: 

    • Deals to be Closed

    • Total Deal Value

    • Average Deal Value

    • Won Deals and Deals Won Value

    • Lost Deals and Deals Lost Value

  • Includes a Monthly Values by Stage graph, showing the distribution of deals across deal stages (Generated, Qualified, Win, Lost, etc.).

  1. Filters and Search:

    • Allows filtering data by: 

      • Pipeline

      • Category

      • Year

      • Agent

  2. Data Export:

    • Exports the displayed data in CSV format.



Usage Guide

  1. Accessing Agent Report:

    • Navigate to Reports > Deal Report > Agent Report.

    • Select the time frame and agent from the filters to view agent-specific deal metrics.

  2. Viewing Deal Report:

    • Navigate to Reports > Deal Report > Deal Report.

    • Select the pipeline, category, and year from the filters.

    • Analyze data presented in both tabular and graphical formats.

  3. Graphical Analysis:

    • The Monthly Values by Stage graph visualizes deals progressing through various stages.

    • Hover over graph points to view specific deal values for each stage.

  4. Exporting Data:

    • After filtering or searching, click the Export button to download data in CSV format.



Roles and Permissions

  • Admin

    • Full access to all features, including both agent and deal reports.

    • Ability to filter data by any pipeline, category, or agent.

  • Manager

    • View and filter data relevant to their team or assigned pipelines.

  • Agent

    • Access limited to their own metrics under the Agent Report.



Common Scenarios


  • Analyzing Deal Performance:
    Use the Monthly Values by Stage graph to identify bottlenecks or stages where deals are lost.

  • Monitoring Agent Efficiency:
    Review the Agent Report to assess the performance of individual deal agents.

  • Tracking Deal Trends:
    Use the tabular view in the Deal Report to analyze monthly trends in deal values and stages.



This module ensures that deal data is comprehensively presented for better decision-making and performance tracking.
