The Dashboard Module provides an overview of key business metrics and personalized data to streamline your daily operations. This article covers the features of the Private Dashboard and Advanced Dashboard in detail.
1. Private Dashboard
The Private Dashboard is a personalized workspace tailored to individual users. It displays tasks, schedules, and updates specific to the logged-in user.
Key Features:
1.1 Welcome Panel
Displays a greeting message with the user’s name and role.
Shows the current time and an option to start the Clock In/Clock Out process for attendance tracking.
1.2 Shift Schedule
Lists the user’s assigned shift schedule for the week.
Provides a visual indicator for active shifts, making it easier to track attendance.
1.3 Tasks
Tasks Overview: Displays counts of pending, overdue, and completed tasks.
Users can directly click on tasks to view details or update their status.
1.4 My Calendar
A mini-calendar widget showing scheduled meetings, events, or tasks.
Events are color-coded for better visibility.
1.5 Notifications
Displays system notices such as:
Announcements
Holiday updates
Task deadlines
1.6 Employee-Specific Data
On Leave Today: Shows colleagues who are on leave.
Notice Period, Probation, and Contract Dates: Provides upcoming dates for contract end, probation periods, and notice periods.
Birthdays: Displays employee birthdays for the current day or week.
1.7 My Tasks
Shows the user’s assigned tickets along with their status (e.g., Open, In Progress).
Allows users to track and manage tickets directly.
2. Advanced Dashboard
The Advanced Dashboard is designed for admins and managers to provide a high-level overview of organizational metrics. It includes multiple tabs for different operational areas, such as Projects, Clients, HR, Tickets, and Finance.

2.1 Overview Tab
Displays company-wide metrics:
Total Clients
Total Employees
Pending Tasks
Unresolved Tickets
Hours Logged
Includes widgets for:
Income Overview: A graphical representation of income trends.
Pending Leaves and Follow-Ups: Keeps track of pending approvals and follow-up tasks.
2.2 Project Tab
Shows:
Total Projects and Overdue Projects
Status-Wise Projects: Breaks down project statuses (e.g., Completed, In Progress).
Pending Milestones: Highlights upcoming project milestones and their associated costs.
2.3 Client Tab
Displays client-specific metrics, such as:
Total Clients, Total Leads, and Total Deals.
Deal Conversions: Tracks conversion rates.
Client-Wise Earnings: Graphical data on revenue generated by each client.
Recent Login Activities: Shows the last login activity for clients.
2.4 HR Tab
Provides HR-related data:
Employee Attendance: Displays today’s attendance and average attendance rates.
