The Career Site submodule is designed to showcase your company’s profile, list available job opportunities, and allow applicants to interact with your job postings seamlessly. This submodule provides a professional platform for potential candidates to explore job openings, learn about your company, and apply for positions.
In navigation panel, click on Recruit Module – Career Site
Company Profile Page
When users click on Career Site, they land on the company profile page, which includes:
Company Description: A brief overview of your company and its mission.
About Us: Detailed information about the company’s founding, vision, and team.
Products and Services: A list of products or services your company offers.
Our Team: Information about the team and work culture.
Create Job Alert
Users can set up job alerts by clicking the Create Job Alert button.
The form allows users to input criteria such as Job Category, Current Location, Work Experience, and Job Type, along with their Email.
Clicking Save ensures users are notified when relevant job opportunities arise.
Go to Dashboard
Clicking the Go to Dashboard button redirects users to the main Recruit Dashboard for a broader view of recruitment activities.
Job Listings Page
Clicking the Jobs button on the company profile page displays all available job listings posted by the company.
Users can filter jobs by the following:
Department
Job Type (e.g., full-time, part-time)
Work Experience
Job Category
Remote Job
The Apply button refines the list based on selected criteria, while the Clear button resets the filters.
Job Details and Apply Page
Clicking on a job listing displays detailed job information, including:
Job Title
Location
Experience Required
Skills Required
Job Description
The Apply button redirects users to the Job Application Form, which includes:
Personal Information: Full name, email, mobile, skills, experience, and location.
CTC Details: Current and expected CTC, notice period, etc.
Resume and Photo Upload: Fields for uploading CV/Resume and a photo.
Cover Letter: An optional section for candidates to add a personalized message.
Terms and Conditions: Candidates must agree to proceed with their application.
Job Sharing
Users can share job listings by clicking the Share Link button, which allows them to:
Share on WhatsApp.
Copy the job listing link to share elsewhere.
Best Practices
Keep your Company Description, About Us, and Products and Services sections up-to-date to leave a positive impression on potential candidates.
Encourage candidates to set up job alerts for quick updates about relevant job opportunities.
Regularly review and optimize job descriptions to ensure they are clear and engaging.
