The Candidate Database sub-module in the Recruit module provides a centralized repository of archived job applications. This module allows recruiters to view, search, filter, and export candidate information, ensuring efficient management of candidate records.



In navigation panel, click on Recruit module – Candidate Database

  1. Candidate Name Listing

    • Displays a list of all archived job applications, including details such as: 

      • Candidate Name

      • Job Title

      • Job Location

      • Skills

      • Date of Job Application

  1. Search Functionality

    • A search bar is provided to locate specific candidates quickly by typing in relevant keywords like name, job title, or location.

  2. Filter Functionality

    • Filters available include: 

      • Job: Filter by job titles associated with the candidates.

      • Location: Filter candidates based on their job location.

  1. Export Functionality

    • Recruiters can export the entire database or filtered data in a specified format to analyze or share candidate information.

Step-by-Step Usage

  1. Access Candidate Database

    • Navigate to Recruit > Candidate Database in the menu.

  2. View Archived Job Applications

    • The page displays a table of archived applications with columns for Name, Job, Location, and other relevant data.

  3. Search for Candidates

    • Use the search bar to type in the desired keyword and view matching results.

  4. Filter Candidates

    • Open the filter panel and select filter criteria such as Job or Location to refine the candidate list.

  5. Export Data

    • Click the Export button to download the candidate data as a file for offline use.



Best Practices

  • Always use relevant keywords or filters to refine searches and locate data efficiently.

  • Use the Export function to maintain offline records of candidate data for future reference.

  1. What types of data can I export?

    • You can export all listed candidate data, including Name, Job, Location, and Skills.

  2. What happens to deleted job applications?

    • Deleted job applications are removed from the Candidate Database and cannot be retrieved.

  3. Can I apply multiple filters simultaneously?

    • Yes, you can apply multiple filters, such as filtering by both Job and Location, to narrow down your search results further.
