The Reports submodule under the Recruit module provides a summary of key recruitment metrics and serves as a dashboard to track progress across various areas. It displays widgets summarizing data on Job Applications, Job Posted, Candidate Hired, and Interview Schedule within a specified time range.

Each widget allows users to drill down into the respective data by clicking the stack icon. Users can filter the reports based on specific durations to view relevant metrics.



In navigation panel, click on Recruit module – Reports.

  1. Widgets Summary

  • Job Application: Displays the total number of job applications received within the selected duration.

  • Job Posted: Shows the total number of job postings within the selected duration.

  • Candidate Hired: Displays the count of candidates hired in the specified timeframe.

  • Interview Schedule: Indicates the number of interviews scheduled during the selected duration.


2. Navigation from Widgets

Clicking the stack icon on each widget redirects the user to the respective module for detailed information:

  • Job Application Widget: Redirects to the Job Applications page, where users can view and manage individual applications.

  • Job Posted Widget: Redirects to the Jobs Listing page for an overview of job postings.

  • Candidate Hired Widget: Redirects to the Job Applications page filtered by "Hired" status.

  • Interview Schedule Widget: Redirects to the Interview Schedule page for detailed interview records.


3. Filter by Duration

Users can filter the data displayed in widgets by selecting a specific date range. This allows for analyzing reports for custom timeframes.

4. Tasks Section

The Tasks Section provides a space for tracking and managing pending tasks related to recruitment activities.

How to Use


  1. Accessing Reports:
    Navigate to Recruit > Reports to view the summary.

  2. Filter Reports by Duration:

    • Click on the Duration Filter at the top.

    • Select the start and end dates for the time period you want to analyze.

    • The widgets will refresh automatically to show data from the selected range.

  3. Navigating via Widgets:

    • Hover over a widget and click the stack icon to access detailed records for that metric. 

      • Job Application: Redirects to the Job Applications Page.

      • Job Posted: Redirects to the Jobs Listing Page.

      • Candidate Hired: Redirects to the Hired Applications Page (filtered view).

      • Interview Schedule: Redirects to the Interview Schedule Page.



FAQs


Q: Can I download the reports displayed on this page?
A: No, the Reports module provides an overview for quick analysis. For exporting data, navigate to the respective module (e.g., Job Applications, Jobs, etc.) and use the export feature.

Q: What happens if there is no data in the selected duration?
A: If no data is available for the selected timeframe, widgets will display a count of "0".

Q: How can I view detailed records for a specific widget?
A: Click the stack icon in the widget to be redirected to the respective module's detailed page.

Q: Can I add tasks to the Tasks Section?
A: Currently, the Tasks Section serves as a placeholder for task tracking. Future updates may include task management capabilities.

Q: Is there a limit to the duration I can filter?
A: There is no limit; you can filter data for any timeframe as long as records exist in the system.
