The Inventory submodule helps you efficiently manage your stock adjustments. With this tool, you can view all inventory adjustments, add new entries, export data, search for specific records, and filter results as needed. The submodule also allows users to perform key actions such as viewing or deleting inventory entries.


In navigation panel, click on Inventory.

  1. Inventory Listing
    The main screen provides a list of all inventory adjustments with key details:

    • Date: Date when the inventory adjustment was made.

    • Reason: The reason for the adjustment (e.g., damage, surplus).

    • Mode of Adjustment: Type of adjustment (e.g., quantity, value).

  1. Add Inventory
    Click on the + Add Inventory button to create a new inventory adjustment. A screenshot of a logistic box

This allows you to input essential details like the adjustment reason, date, and quantity change.

  1. Export Option
    Download the inventory adjustments list in a CSV file by clicking the Export button.

  1. Filter and Search
    Use the following options to refine your search and quickly locate specific inventory entries:

    • Duration: Filter adjustments by a specified date range.

    • Inventory Status: Filter by the status of the inventory (e.g., completed, pending).

    • Search Box: Quickly locate entries by typing relevant keywords.

  1. Action Items
    Access additional functionalities through the three-dot menu under the Action column:

    • View: View detailed information about the selected inventory adjustment.

    • Delete: Permanently delete an inventory entry (use cautiously, as deleted records cannot be recovered).

Best Practices

  • Regularly update inventory records to ensure accuracy in stock adjustments.

  • Use the Export feature to maintain a backup of your inventory data.

  • Apply filters and search functionality for quick navigation, especially when dealing with large data sets.

Q: Can I recover a deleted inventory entry?
A: No, once an inventory entry is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Be sure to double-check before deleting.

Q: How can I see detailed information for an inventory entry?
A: Use the View option in the Action menu to access the detailed information.

Q: Why is the inventory adjustment not appearing in the listing?
A: Ensure the correct filters (date range or status) are applied, or clear all filters to display all records.
